Customised Industry Training Programmes for New Entrants or Career Progression
We have worked extensively with several industry sectors to help develop and promote careers in their respective industries. Whilst our Academies concentrate on our three key disciplines, we have developed customised programmes in collaboration with our employers, industry bodies, forums and regulators.
We work with industry bodies, forums, employers and regulators to promote careers within our specialist sectors.
We can recruit new hires, free of charge, for our apprenticeship programmes or partner with our sister company, S&A Resourcing Solutions to offer sophisticated solutions to address staffing needs at every level from novice to Board Director.
Careers in Environmental Science
Technology Careers in Tech and Non Tech Companies
Many of our client organisations have software engineers and testers, amongst other technical roles, active within their ranks. However, we have co-created a number of customised technology and digital apprenticeships and commercial certification programmes to suit specific end-user businesses. These are split into three main themes for: -
Technology & Software Companies – which adds a number of product design and development, agile and MVP methodologies and DevOps principles, customer centric design thinking and feedback capture to our core training.
Non-Technology Companies – which adds a large element of internal ways of working, cross-division collaboration, product design lifecycle and internal customer support and service operations.
Specialist Verticals – which include embedded software modules like RDK & Lightning for our media and communications clients, compliance & regulatory frameworks for our Financial Services clients and a number of incumbent platform modules for clients in Telco, retail, logistics and FMCG.
Customer Contact & Service Centres Careers
Combining multiple learning and certification components from our Business and Technology Academies, we have developed a whole career pathway for people and employers operating within the customer service sector. We actively promote the industry as a credible career destination for talented individuals.
Our Academy has a customised career pathway to support the recruitment and training of new entry level call centre staff, in sales or service, through to developing them into team leaders, specialist handlers, managers and executive level operations directors.
Careers in Food and Beverages Testing & Manufacturing
Careers in Academia and Research
Our training for employees destined for roles within the academia industry are provided with extra modules on teaching and supporting university level lesson plans through the preparation and implementation of lessons whilst our research related programmes are supported with data analysis and data science modules.
Careers in Materials Testing and Product Manufacturing
Our materials testing programmes are enhanced to include training in evaluating and analyzing the properties and characteristics of materials to ensure they meet specific standards, regulations, or project, construction or manufacturing requirements. The goal of our materials testing apprenticeship is to understand how materials will perform under different conditions, such as stress, temperature, or pressure, and to ensure their reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Want an Industry Specific Training Programme or Apprenticeship?
We have a well-rounded approach, and a perfect track record, of working with specialist sectors to design and deliver heavily customised training and apprenticeship programmes. Typically involving our academies working together to take the current Ofsted curriculum and enhance it by adding new modules, certifications or experiences, often in collaboration with 3rd party training partners and the employers own training divisions.
The result: a highly practical, mixed training programme that ensures your employees learn the right balance of academic and role related skills whilst maximising your government apprenticeship levy investments.
