HOW IT WORKS

The programme is delivered through a structured blend of live learning, coaching, and practical application in the workplace.

Months 0–13
Apprentices attend live, tutor-led sessions delivered by a Senior Coach. Learning is supported by monthly one-to-one coaching and progress reviews involving the apprentice and their line manager.

Months 13–16 (EPA period)
Apprentices prepare for their End Point Assessment.
