Delivered whilst your employees continue in their roles, over a period of 15-36 months, these government funded programmes can lead to master’s degree equivalent qualifications.  

Why Hire an Apprentice?

You may think of typical apprenticeships in accountancy or plumbing when you think of ‘apprenticeships’, but our Professional Apprenticeships are designed for knowledge workers such as software engineers, scientists and business leaders and analysts.

Apprenticeships can also be used to provide funded Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to existing employees.

We can hire, train and coach individuals for junior and expert roles in several sectors over 12 – 36 month part time programmes.

We have rebuilt our apprenticeships from the ground up, enhancing them with countless value-added modules, projects and real world experience. Both our bootcamp, where we take all apprentices full time for an upfront 10-12 weeks intensive learning experience, or our more traditional weekly or monthly day release programmes, are designed so our apprentices are job-ready fast.

You get access to £10K’s of included professional training services with our professional apprenticeship programme which runs courses over 18-months, but we also run monthly recruiting and selection campaigns across the UK to maintain a steady supply of qualified applicants.

Industry Built Professional Apprenticeships

Apprentices will enter your company with relevant, modern skills that will enable them to make an impact from day one.

We built The S&A Academy after becoming disillusioned with current apprenticeship training providers.

As a technology and business consulting group, we need a constant supply of new talent who will stay, learn, grow, and eventually deliver bigger and bigger outcomes for our global customers.

However, our view of existing training providers left something to be desired. With many just delivering bland programmes from old texts with almost no modern context or industry relevance. We didn’t like it, so, in a ‘Remington’ moment, we decided to build our own company.

We combined all our own expertise and experience as well as detailed industry feedback to completely re-engineer the apprenticeship training approach. Creating a new company, gaining the relevant accreditation and government authority to deliver Ofsted regulated and government funded training and education in the UK.

Targeting three distinct markets, we launched our new programmes in 2022 to huge applause.

Our professional apprentices are statistically proven to be more loyal, stay longer, be better engaged and keener to learn and develop than broadly educated junior talent.

Any UK business can now place existing, or new, employees onto our professional apprentices programmes at, almost always, no cost to the business. Our programmes are regulated and funded via the UK government.
